Senior Commissioning Leader with 25 years of international experience across major Oil & Gas, FPSO, FSO, LNG and offshore projects, combining a strong operational background with extensive commissioning and project execution experience.

Extensive experience in leading commissioning organizations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing interfaces across Company, EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Strong understanding of process-related commissioning interfaces, system dependencies and the transition from mechanical completion through pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up readiness and plant handover.

Experienced in commissioning strategy and execution, resource and priority management, progress and risk monitoring, procedures, system completion and reporting, with strong knowledge of OPERCOM™ methodology and ICAPS© and a consistent focus on HSE, quality and operational readiness.
Experience
  • Coordination of Mechanical & Process, Electrical, Instrumentation and other commissioning disciplines with L&T and NOC
  • Overall coordination of commissioning organization by systems, including system ownership, workfront readiness, resource requirements, execution priorities and multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • Coordination of Construction / Commissioning interfaces and PTW requirements to secure safe execution of field activities
  • Identification and escalation of technical, organizational and resource constraints affecting commissioning progress
  • Strong focus on HSE, field readiness and disciplined commissioning execution
