Senior Commissioning Leader with 25 years of international experience across major Oil & Gas, FPSO, FSO, LNG and offshore projects, combining a strong operational background with extensive commissioning and project execution experience.

Extensive experience in leading commissioning organizations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing interfaces across Company, EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Strong understanding of process-related commissioning interfaces, system dependencies and the transition from mechanical completion through pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up readiness and plant handover.

Experienced in commissioning strategy and execution, resource and priority management, progress and risk monitoring, procedures, system completion and reporting, with strong knowledge of OPERCOM™ methodology and ICAPS© and a consistent focus on HSE, quality and operational readiness.

  • Coordination of Mechanical & Process, Electrical, Instrumentation and other commissioning disciplines with L&T and NOC

  • Responsible for operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and hydraulic systems onboard a commercial fishing vessel.
  • Operation and maintenance of the industrial NH3 refrigeration plant, air-conditioning and cold-storage systems.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of propulsion auxiliaries, hydraulic systems, electrical installations and deck equipment.
  • Coordination of maintenance activities, technical resources, spare parts and operational priorities.
  • Supervision of commercial offloading operations and management of multicultural local teams of up to 18 personnel.
